Job Target :

Responsible for shift production operation & activities to meet company's objective and KPI

Job Descriptions :

Facilititate Training Programs by conduct training session and workshop to deliver any training content that related to Production module.

Assist leader to design training program by develop training materials and programs that address the production requirement.

Assist leader to evaluate training effectiveness by assess the impact of training programs through feedback, tests and performance metrics.

Conduct and manage new join programme before distribute to Production.

Train and develop Operators and Operation Leaders to achieve higher level of production efficiency, company rules and regulation, ISO, RBA and etc.

Conduct interview session for employee

Conduct the abnormalities findings in Gemba

To carry out any other duties as and when directed.

Job Requirements :

Qualification : Min Diploma in Industrial, Manufacturing or equivalent

Experience : Preferably with more than 1 year experience in manufacturing environment

Possess good leadership and capability lead and supervise daily production activities

Language : English & Bahasa Melayu
