Property Management Graduate Trainee (PMGT) Programme

Our PMGT programme is designed to give you everything you need to launch a career in Property Management. We're looking for Exceptional People who want to build on their potential and passionate about Property Management.

Graduates become an integral part of Knight Frank from day one, gaining exposure to all areas of the business and learning about parts of the industry they may not have known existed.

Alongside your work, we will support your registration to become a Registered Property Manager.

We believe that hands-on experience is very important for a graduate. Hence, we will provide you the opportunity to learn and grow through a 1-year rotation in 3 different teams. Our list of rotation spans across :

  • Commercial Properties (Office)
  • Retail / Mall Management
  • Strata Management
  • Facility Management

Who can apply?

  • Graduates with a Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate / Property Management
  • With a minimum CGPA of 3.2 & above OR 2nd Class Upper
  • Has less than 1 year working experience
  • Has good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proactive and good problem-solving skills
  • Willing to work within Klang Valley
  • MUET : Band 4 (Optional)
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel (Optional)
