The Role
You will be responsible for :
- Relationship Management : Build and nurture customer relationships to drive business growth and loyalty.
- Retention and Renewal : Minimize churn and maximize customer renewals by analyzing customer health metrics and addressing potential issues.
- Customer Engagement : Improve customer engagement and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Customer Management : Understand customer needs and map them to our solutions, working closely with the product development team.
- Operational Efficiency : Leverage of Sales Performance Standard (SPS), SFDC and dashboard for performance monitoring, management, and process improvement.
- Performance Metrics : Key performance indicators like churn, renewal rate, revenue uplift, ARPU, and CSAT.
Ideal Profile
You have at least 1 year experience within a B2B Sales / Account Executive or Customer Success role, ideally within the FinTech and IT Services industry.You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environmentsYou are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholdersYou are adaptable and thrive in changing environmentsWhat's on Offer?
