Freelance Logistics Admin (English / Malay Written & Verbal, On-site)
Salary : RM1500 / month

As part of our ongoing expansion, we are looking for a Freelance Logistics Admin to support our logistics team in delivering exceptional service to our esteemed clients. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to gain experience in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries professionally via phone, email, and chat
Maintain accurate and updated records of customer and logistics data
Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure smooth delivery and issue resolution
Escalate complex issues as needed while following internal SOPs
Assist in tracking shipments, scheduling deliveries, and preparing reports
Job Requirements
Minimum qualification : Diploma in any field
Strong proficiency in English and Malay (verbal and written)
Prior experience in logistics, admin, or customer service is an advantage
Tech-savvy with good command of Microsoft Office and computer operations
Able to work independently, multitask, and handle pressure
Job Type
Freelance , 5 working days per week (on-site)
May involve rotational shifts
Compensation
Monthly Salary : RM1500 (freelance basis)
