- Languages Required : Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English (both written and spoken).

Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients to expand the customer base.Explain and promote the features and benefits of various takaful certificates.Analyze clients' existing takaful coverage and recommend improvements or adjustments.Customize takaful plans to meet individual client needs and financial situations.Manage certificates renewals , ensuring timely updates and continued coverage.Maintain accurate records , both electronic and paper-based, for all client interactions and transactions.Assist clients with claims , ensuring a smooth and supportive claims process.Benefits
