Penerangan pekerjaanOversee daily production activities to ensure quality, efficiency, and timely delivery. Plan, monitor, and coordinate production schedules and workflow. Troubleshoot and resolve technical or process issues on the production floor. Monitor and enforce health, safety, and quality standards. Liaise with design, procurement, and quality control teams to ensure seamless operations. Continuously improve manufacturing processes and reduce production costs. Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in a production or engineering environment (Fresh graduates with strong interest are encouraged to apply).
- Knowledge of metal works, steel structures, or prefabricated buildings is an added advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
