We are looking for a Customer Care Agent that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers.
Job Responsibilities :
- Initiate outgoing calls to prospective or existing customers for purposes such as sales, membership renewals, and appointment scheduling.
- Handle customer inquiries via multiple channels, including incoming calls, emails, and live chat, ensuring they are answered or routed to the appropriate support channels.
- Process customer applications and requests efficiently and accurately.
- Provide clear and accurate advice to customers by explaining procedures and offering relevant information.
- Managed customer feedback and complaints professionally, adhering to company guidelines and maintaining excellent call etiquette.
- Address and resolve customer escalations by tracking, escalating, and ensuring timely resolutions when required.
- Maintain accurate and thorough records of all interactions and transactions.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and a meticulous approach to tasks.
- Perform additional ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management team.
Job Requirements :
Degree / Diploma holder with good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin and Tamil will be added advantage.Inbound, Outbound, and Live Chat agents are welcome to apply.Previous experience in any call center with at least 1 year experienceStrong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
