Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM / Certificate / Diploma
  • Minimum 1-2 years working experience preferable in logistics field
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Full time position available
  • Computer literate

Responsibilities

PAYROLL

  • Overall in charge for drivers' payroll
  • Maintain & update drivers' personal data and other payroll related records
  • Responsible to collect the toll & diesel receipt from lorry drivers daily, check, record and summarize the data accordingly
  • Managing & keying into system the attendance record, trip commission and shipment entries for all lorry drivers
  • Processing payroll on timely & accurately manner
  • ADMINISTRATION

  • Managing and maintaining company truck vehicles permit, insurance, road tax application and renewal matters
  • Responsible on all matters or issues related to JPJ and Puspakom
  • Liaise with related government authorities on summons or court matters if any issue arises
  • In charge of custom bonded license application and renewal
