  • Education and Experience : -Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.   -2–4 years of HR experience, ideally in a tech or fast-paced company.   -Experience handling multi-national teams or regional HR coordination is an advantage.   Skills and Competencies : -Fluent in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken) — required for daily communication with HQ.   -Strong understanding of Malaysian employment laws and HR best practices.   -Familiar with HR software (e.g., Excel, HRIS platforms like Kakitangan, Swingvy, or others).   -Strong organizational and communication skills.   -Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
