Requirements

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma / Bachelor’s degree Business Administration / HR, or related fields.
  • 1–3 years’ experience in HR / Admin / Account
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
  • Strong communication, organisational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Human Resources (HR)

  • Plan and coordinate employee training programs, workshops, and team building activities
  • Check staff claims for accuracy, completeness, and maintain proper filing
  • Handle LHDN stamping for employment contracts
  • Manage job postings on career portals and recruitment websites
  • Compile and update employees’ personal details in HR systems
  • Monitor staff attendance and leave applications
  • Administration and Accounting

  • Handle correspondence : distribute emails / WhatsApp / phone calls for both internal and external communication, memos, letters, and arrange dispatch / deliveries
  • Provide general support for incoming calls and visitors : greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner (including preparing drinks / coffee)
  • Ensure the office environment is clean, safe, and efficient for all employees, and maintain office upkeep (e.g., air-cond service, office maintenance)
  • Support supplier sourcing and cost-effectiveness; follow up on supplier delivery and keep inventory records
  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and monitor / restock office and pantry supplies
  • Assist with coordination in accounting, purchasing, and other business unit (BU) tasks and reports
  • Support operations : fill in application form for credit application / tendering project / vendor registration document.
  • Support quality audit ISO : Compile ISO document and update ISO-related documentation.
  • Coordinate for cheque / bank documents collection.
