Responsibilities :
Check and compute part-time staff monthly salaries and staff overtime claims.
Check staff attendance, leave records, and medical claims.
Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes, including :
Interview arrangements
Updating interview records
Updating the organisation chart
Preparing recruitment analysis
Prepare checklists, stationery, and enroll new staff for medical entitlement.
Prepare HR-related payments to external parties.
Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the superior.
Requirements :
Candidate must possess or currently be pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in :
Business Studies / Administration / Management
Human Resource Management
Economics or any related field
Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia and English
