Responsibilities :

  • Check and compute part-time staff monthly salaries and staff overtime claims.
  • Check staff attendance, leave records, and medical claims.
  • Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes, including :
  • Interview arrangements
  • Updating interview records
  • Updating the organisation chart
  • Preparing recruitment analysis
  • Prepare checklists, stationery, and enroll new staff for medical entitlement.
  • Prepare HR-related payments to external parties.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the superior.

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess or currently be pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in :
  • Business Studies / Administration / Management
  • Human Resource Management
  • Economics or any related field
  • Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia and English
