Responsibilities
- Support IT services within the global Collaboration team, focusing on Microsoft Exchange / Outlook, Microsoft Bookings, and Microsoft Places.
- Design solutions following industry best practices and provide third-level escalation for global infrastructure.
- Drive technological advancements to enhance digital capabilities, reduce costs, or implement new services.
- Collect business requirements and document processes to manage changes.
- Maintain current knowledge of technology trends and platform management.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analysis for business process changes.
- Ensure data compliance and support governance activities.
- Lead data migrations during acquisitions and divestitures.
- Troubleshoot and manage service and support issues, liaising with internal and external service providers.
- Conduct user training and promote the use of Microsoft 365 and collaboration applications.
- Foster multinational and cross-functional collaboration and communication.
- Willingness to travel occasionally (regional and international).
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in IT or equivalent.8 to 10 years of relevant experience.Expertise in Microsoft Office 365 implementation, support, and administration, especially Microsoft Exchange and Outlook.Basic PowerShell knowledge required; experience is a plus.Experience with Microsoft Bookings, Microsoft Places, and O365 governance is advantageous.Familiarity with Micro Focus Service Management Automation X (SMAX) is a plus.Open-minded, adaptable, self-directed, and motivated with strong analytical skills.Knowledge of ITIL processes, including change management, is a plus.Ability to work independently or within a team and manage resources effectively.Excellent communication skills and experience in conducting virtual and in-person training.Experience in project teams and leading small IT projects preferred.Ability to work flexible hours to coordinate with global colleagues.Proficiency in English a must, German is a plus.
