Penerangan pekerjaanTo attend to accident and collision repair customers in processing their vehicle insurance claims. Ensure all overdue collision repair debts are being monitored. Ensure all documents are in proper order with authorized signatory before submitting to Insurance company and Head Office. Responsible to perform all administration and clerical duties including issuance of invoices, document processing, data updating, record keeping & compilation and effective in controlling the serialized documents stationery and company asset. Maintain good working relationship with customers, in-house contractors, loss adjusters and insurance companies Performs any other duties that assigned by superior. EPF / SOCSO Annual Leave Incentive
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in any related field
- Can speak and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Good communication and liaison
- Able to work under pressure
- Have knowledge in automotive is an added advantage
