Assembly engineering background is preferred, knowledge in either FOL, EOL backend assembly processes. Proficient in English.
Managing subcon Assembly Engineering Performance. Job Description
In your new role you will :
- Managing subcon Assembly Engineering Performance in terms of :
- Drive subcon's performance KPI(Yield, Quality, OEE etc)
- Full engagement in new product ramp-up team and manage safe launch introduction
- support technical capability assessment at subcon.
- major owner for subcon audit and performance tracking and drive for improvement
- Drive together with subcon on Assy yield improvement .
- Drive assembly process, equipment stability
- Manage all assembly equipment qualification, release, setup / buyoff procedure with subcon.
- Continue optimizing on process control and monitoring
- Supporting deviation management, audit and other baseline improvement activities.
- Manages assembly documentation (control plan, OCAP, …)
