Requirements

  • Confident and comfortable speaking in front of cameras.
  • Experience with video editing tools (e.g. : CapCut, Canva, InShot, or equivalent).
  • Good copywriting skills and adaptive to different writing tones and styles are added advantage.
  • Minimum SPM, STPM or Diploma in any field, with some experiences in the related field for this position.
  • Able to start work immediately and willing to work in Shah Alam.

Responsibilities

Content Creator

  • Collaborate with the content and marketing team to plan and develop engaging social media content (videos, photos, captions, TikTok / IG reels) to accelerate the Company’s online presence across all social media platform.
  • Stay updated on the latest marketing trends, features and algorithms of all social media platform to maximise content reach and effectiveness.
  • Researching topics, creating social media content and create ads content in text, poster and video format that helps drive conversion based on campaign objectives.
  • Create visually appealing and attention-grabbing videos that drive user engagement and brand awareness.
  • Coordinate and support KOL / influencer partnerships.

    • Live Host & Sales

  • Host daily live stream sessions (minimum 2 hours per day) on TikTok, Shopee Live and any other relevant platforms.
  • Deliver engaging product presentations and attend to customer’s comments, queries and feedback in real-time.
  • Drive conversions and contribute to daily and monthly sales target set by the Company.
  • Strategically promote best-selling products ad campaign items to maximise viewership and sales.
