Your new role

You will be responsible for managing the New Business Underwriting operations, particularly in the areas of daily operations, endorsement guidelines and standardisation of underwriting, in providing effective and efficient proper risk management and operational services to other divisions of the organisation. You will also need to ensure positive cooperation with the Group on implementation and execution on any strategic initiatives within the entities. Involvement in system enhancement and process improvement will be a constant in this role as well as supporting product development for company's business growth.

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong knowledge and leadership experience in New Business Underwriting, Life Insurance
• Self-driven and capable of strategic thinking and management
• An eye for detail and possessing excellent communication skills
• The ability to maintain a commercial approach to every aspect of your role and lead from the front
