Requirements
- Minimum Education : Diploma or equivalent
- Required to speak in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia. Fluency in Mandarin is compulsory as the role requires candidates to deal with Mandarin speaking counterparts
- Fresh graduate with no experience is welcome to apply, but ability to communicate clearly and concisely is essential

Responsibilities
Responsible for daily operation, deliver excellent customer service to deal and resolve players’ queries and issuesActively collect feedback from players, summarize them and submit promptly to operation team for improvementPerform data collection and analysis, propose operational improvement plans from players’ perspectives to optimize users’ experienceEnsure high quality service standards are met, maintain and / or increase customer connectionsPerform other ad-hoc assignments as neededBenefits
