What is your mission?
As a Digital Marketing Campaign Consultant , you will be working with our Global Internet Leader Account to deliver #happier customer experience. Devise and run marketing campaigns for products, services or events that target consumers or other businesses. Usually working under a head of marketing but managing a marketing team, campaign managers oversee campaigns in a variety of formats.
Pitch and impact assigned customers in accordance with training provided, standards and policies. Must adaptively diagnose, resolve and track end user issues / opportunities based on guidelines, documentation and best practices provided
Serve as a trusted consultant with customers to onboard, develop and optimize advertiser’s campaigns
Detect and understand the customer’s needs and objectives
Hit productivity, upsell, and customer impact targets.
Handle a high volume of potential clients on a daily basis through outbound and inbound calls
Manage day to day activities independently and proactively based on customer needs and incentives.
To manage and optimize existing Advertisement campaign components including, but not limited to – Ad Copy, Bid Prices, Cost per Conversion, Cost per Click, Keyword Research, etc.
To help create and implementation of campaign strategies including keyword research and analysis.
To create performance reports with recommendations for improvements.
Tracking of funds in account and maintaining conversation.
Who are we looking for?
1-2 years overall work experience with 1 year as minimum in outbound selling role.
Native level of Vietnamese written and verbal
Previous experience, preferably in the digital industry, in a sales-focused environment, in the following areas :
Account management
B2B Sales / business development
High volume call center
Portfolio management
Customer / technical support
Familiar with and desire to exceed sales targets or sales KPIs
A team player with ability to work in fast-paced and constantly evolving environment
Technologically capable and able to quickly learn customer service software applications
Dependable, reliable with strong work ethic
Strong verbal and written communication skills in order to pitch on the phone and compose effective proposals
Flexibility in switching between duties and assignments as per requirement
Good time management skills with ability to organize and own their own day
