Quality Management Laboratory Intern

Job Description

Project Quality Assurance :

Collaborate with the Project Management team in QM Laboratory to ensure that quality standards are integrated into project plans and execution.Assist in the development and maintenance of project-specific quality management documentation.

Quality Metrics and Reporting :

Collect and analyze quality metrics related to ongoing projects.Prepare reports summarizing project quality performance, identifying trends, and proposing improvement recommendations.

Collaborative Coordination :

Liaise with cross-functional teams to facilitate the implementation of quality requirements and standards across different project phases.Participate in project meetings and provide input on quality-related matters.

Process Improvement Initiatives :

Work closely with the Quality Management team to identify opportunities for enhancing project management processes and quality procedures.Contribute ideas and suggestions to improve overall project and quality efficiency.

• Project for QM Laboratory :   Hoshin Matrix : Incoming and Outgoing Material Quality Enhancement closure under QA Manager project for Mixing.

Qualifications

Currently doing Degree or Diploma in Engineering or other relevant science fields

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
