Responsibilities :
Ensure all communication is handled professionally and promptly but with a human touch across all channels
Demonstrating strong product, brand and industry knowledge to ensure all customer queries are answered making them promoters of the brand
Meet targets and requirements set by the client and management
Appropriate knowledge and information shared by the client and management team
Take the extra mile to engage with consumers
Skills :
Advanced English level (B2) both written and spoken
Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
Contact center experience of at least 1 year
Track record of achieving targets
Problem-solving oriented
Consumer-oriented mindset
Great interpersonal skills
Technology adept
Familiarity with CRM systems
Basic IT skills, including using multiple operating systems
Research skills
Detail-oriented
Ability to work well in a team as well as on your own
Salary : 5000RM 7000RM + 600RM Housing allowance
