Requirements

  • Candidates must possess at least SPM / Certificate / Diploma level in any field
  • Preferably Junior Executive level specialized in administrative and management or equivalent
  • Computer literate and knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
  • Independent, Organized and able to multi-task
  • Willing to accept and learn new things without hesitation
  • Able to stayback if there is any ad hoc task

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to the Sales & Marketing team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Coordinate and manage contracts and agreements related to sales activities, marketing campaigns, and partnerships.
  • Organize and maintain proper filing systems, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and easily retrievable.
  • Handle communication channels, including incoming phone calls, emails, courier arrangements, and product return processes.
  • Assist in the preparation and compilation of sales reports, including data entry, tracking, and analysis.
  • Handle order processing and coordination, ensuring accurate order entries, timely fulfilment, and effective communication with relevant teams.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to ensure timely execution of campaign and sales initiatives.
  • Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by the Sales & Marketing Manager or department leads.
