Job Description :

Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify and qualify suppliers for a wide range of materials and services.
Conduct supplier evaluations and performance reviews to ensure compliance with quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with suppliers to achieve cost savings and favorable terms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand sourcing needs, forecast demand, and align sourcing strategies with production requirements.
Monitor market trends, industry developments, and supplier capabilities to identify potential risks and opportunities for strategic sourcing.
Identify and qualify alternative suppliers to enhance supply chain flexibility and resilience.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to foster collaboration and mutual success.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies, ethical sourcing standards, and environmental regulations.
Analyze procurement data and metrics to measure performance, identify improvement areas, and report on sourcing KPIs.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, related field or equivalent experience is preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management

Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing principles and procurement best practices.

Demonstrated experience in negotiating and managing supplier contracts.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex sourcing challenges.

Proficiency in using procurement software and tools to manage sourcing activities efficiently.

Effective communication and negotiation skills to interact with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
