Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement strategic global marketing plans to enhance product visibility and market share.
- Lead cross-functional teams to create and execute successful product launches.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
- Manage budgets and allocate resources for maximum impact across diverse markets.
- Forge strong relationships with key stakeholders, including R&D, sales teams, and external partners to ensure alignment with the company's goals.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, from digital content to print and beyond, ensuring all communications reflect the company's brand and values.
- Drive continual improvement through metrics-based performance analysis and regular reporting to senior management.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a background in Life Sciences is highly advantageous.At least 5 years of experience in marketing management, preferably in the biotechnology or diagnostics industry.Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful global marketing strategies.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using CRM and marketing analytics tools.Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
