Position Summary
The DA Product Marketing Manager plays a critical role in managing the product lifecycle, launching new products, analysing market trends, and driving consumer engagement. They work closely with sales, R&D, supply chain, and retail marketing teams to ensure products meet market demands and business objectives.
Role and Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for DA products to achieve business targets.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and opportunities.
- Define product positioning, pricing, and value propositions.
Product Lifecycle Management
Manage end to end from supply demand planning until the Go-to-Market execution.Manage product introductions, transitions, and end-of-life strategies.Coordinate with R&D and supply chain to ensure optimal product availability.Monitor product performance and recommend improvements based on market feedback.Go-to-Market & Launch Execution
Plan and execute product launches, including messaging, promotion, and retail activation.Develop sales and marketing materials for internal and external stakeholders.Work with media and advertising teams to create campaigns that drive awareness and demand.Channel & Sales Support
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies that drive sell-in and sell-out.Provide product training and key selling points to sales teams and retail partners.Monitor and analyse sales data to identify gaps and improvement areas.Consumer Engagement & Brand Building
Develop and manage digital marketing, influencer collaborations, and consumer promotions.Drive consumer education on product benefits through social media, events, and PR initiatives.Ensure brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints.Stakeholder Management & Coordination
Work closely with HQ, RHQ, and cross-functional teams to align product and marketing strategies.Manage relationships with retail partners, distributors, and agencies.Ensure compliance with global and local marketing guidelines.LI-SME #LI-Midsenior
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.At least 8 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the home appliances or consumer electronics, FMCG industry.Strong business acumen with analytical and strategic thinking.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.Proficiency in market analysis, sales data interpretation, and marketing strategy development.Please visit Samsung membership to see Privacy Policy, which defaults according to your location.
