An Engineering Company is Looking for a Finance Executive (based in Shah Alam)

This engineering company based in Shah Alam provides a range of services to their clients, including project management, consultation, maintenance.
Your new role
As the Finance Executive, you will be tasked with :
- Reconcile and analyse selected Balance Sheet items.
- Support and prepare tax analysis schedules and reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of entity Financial Statements.
- Timely preparation of invoices and follow-up on trade receivables collections.
- Provide support to various departments with accounting issues and queries.
- Review and process staff claims.
- Participate in process improvement plans and implement finance and operational workflows.
- Collaborate with the operations team to build business relationships and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Communicate with Auditors, Tax Agents, Company Secretaries, and Bank Officers.
