Requirements
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field
- Basic knowledge of accounting or finance principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Responsible, detail-oriented, punctual, and able to work independently
- Able to communicate in Mandarin and basic English; knowledge of Bahasa Malaysia is a plus
- Working experience in clerical or accounting roles is an advantage
Responsibilities
Input and update accounting data into systems or spreadsheetsHelp prepare monthly reconciliation and simple financial reportsPerform filing, photocopying, scanning, and general clerical dutiesHandle basic inquiries from customers and suppliers regarding payments or recordsAssist the supervisor or accounts department with other assigned tasksBenefits
