Requirements

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field
  • Basic knowledge of accounting or finance principles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, punctual, and able to work independently
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin and basic English; knowledge of Bahasa Malaysia is a plus
  • Working experience in clerical or accounting roles is an advantage

Responsibilities

  • Input and update accounting data into systems or spreadsheets
  • Help prepare monthly reconciliation and simple financial reports
  • Perform filing, photocopying, scanning, and general clerical duties
  • Handle basic inquiries from customers and suppliers regarding payments or records
  • Assist the supervisor or accounts department with other assigned tasks
