Responsibilities : -Identifying new business opportunities based on new or current markets and customer needs. -Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs to inform business development initiatives. -Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, industry leaders, and potential partners. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and product / service enhancements. -Conduct effective presentations and negotiations to secure new business deals and contracts. -Monitor industry trends and developments to identify emerging opportunities and potential risks. -Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business development efforts. -Explores opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. -Maintain strong knowledge of the industries i.e., attending conferences and / or exhibitions. -Reporting on successes and areas needing improvement. Requirement : -Minimum Diploma in any education field. -Minimum 3 to 5 years sales experience. -Preferably someone with sales experience from industry such as paper supply, label supply, printing, printing equipment seller, or varnish supply. -Good communication skills, sales driven, and committed. -Possess own transport.
