Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- 1–2 years of experience in accounting or HR support roles (preferably in SME or trading environment).
- Familiar with basic accounting softwares
- Knowledge of payroll and statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
- Organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin is a plus).
Responsibilities
Accounting Duties
Assist in daily accounting operations including data entry, e-invoicing, payment vouchers, and receipts.Liaise effectively with auditors, tax agents, and government bodies for audits, tax filings, and other regulatory matters.Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and statutory regulations.Maintain accurate records of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and petty cash.Reconcile bank statements and handle month-end and year-end closing activities.Prepare reports, filing of documents and maintain proper accounting records.HR & Administrative Duties
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave tracking.Handle staff onboarding and resignation processes (e.g., contracts, documentation).Process payroll, SOCSO, EPF, and EIS contributions accurately and on time.Coordinate employee claims, medical leave, and HR-related queries.Assist with recruitment and basic HR compliance (Labour Law, EA 1955).Support office administration such as stationery ordering, filing, and logistics coordination.Benefits
