Requirements

Responsibilities
Handling pre-online booking enquires, post-online booking enquires, other general enquires, escalation support & booking amendment / cancellationTo exceed customers' expectations in terms of customer service & accurate information.Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.Communicating with customers through various channels.Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.Benefits
