Position Summary :
We are looking for sales specialists to join the Bentley Systems License Compliance team. The team’s goal is to monetize usage in situations where : 1) there is no contractual relationship between Bentley and the software pirate, and 2) there is a contractual relationship between Bentley and the non-compliant user. The two main elements of the program are 1) Lead Generation and Qualification; and 2) Enforcement.
Your Day-to-Day :
- Professional management of all assigned License Compliance cases
- Report and maintain systems related to License Compliance activities
- Generating, tracking and qualifying leads from various sources
- Evaluate the weight of evidence when pursuing targets
- Participate in :
Communication campaigns
Managing enforcement providers and counselCoordination with internal teams such as Corporate Legal, Financial Operations, Account Advancement and others as applicableThis is a full-time role expected to work 40 hours per week that will require occasional international travel.What You Bring to The Team :
A Bachelor's Degree2 Years PQE in Intellectual Property would be advantageousFamiliarity with Salesforce will be helpfulStrong negotiation skillsProficiency in EnglishWhat We Offer :
