Assisting Facility Managers in implementing all company policies and strategies in line with regional care procedures. Prepare and update the maintenance and operation programs in detail. Conduct research, drafting methods and planning periodic maintenance on Mechanical, Electrical and Civil systems and equipment. To plan and plan the use of human resources in handling Mechanical, Electrical and Civil activities. Inspecting the Mechanical, Electrical and Civil systems before and after maintenance work is carried out. Demonstrate Awareness of OH&S policies and procedures and ensure all procedures are conducted safely and within OH&S guidelines and ensure your direct reports do the same. Be aware of duty of care and adhere to occupational, health and safety legislation, policies, and procedures. Be familiar with property safety, first aid and fire and emergency procedures and operate equipment safely and sensibly. Initiate action to correct a hazardous situation and notify supervisors of potential dangers. Log security incidents and accidents in accordance with Company requirements Degree / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering with minimum three 3 years working experience in related with operation and maintenance in building. Certificate holder with minimum five 5 years working experience in related with operation and maintenance in building
