Prepare and provide periodic management reports, analysis, write-ups and presentation materials as required by various stakeholders i.e. Eaglestar Board, Eaglestar Management Team (EMT), Talent Development Committee (TDC), Groups (PETRONAS, MISC and AET), Corporate HR and external parties presentation e.g. consultants, seminar, conference etc.
Prepare and present the HR analysis / information in the most effective output (infographic and dashboard) as per various stakeholder requirements includes organisation structures and statistics.
Ensure high data integrity in managing the relevant HR data consolidation for reporting and analysis.
Engage with HR data owner in providing accurate information and manage the timeliness of submission.
Manage and provide all HR related data, analysis, statistics and reporting as prescribed by stakeholders to support various / ad-hoc HR initiatives and project / business strategy e.g. tendering and bidding exercise.
Custodian to review, propose and update all Staff Handbooks and HR operational policies, framework, procedures and guideline on Company-wide and within divisional / departmental.
Support in planning, facilitating and preparation of annual manpower budgeting exercise that includes headcount planning, manpower costing and HR G&A costing to support business strategy and operational needs.
THE PERSON
At least Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
At least 7 to 10 Year(s) of working experience in Human Resource is required for this position.
Excellent written and verbal skills with high impact communication ability to effectively disseminate information, convey concepts, ideas and information to all levels.
Proficient in standard Microsoft Office applications i.e. PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
Knowledge in HRIS i.e. SAP system is added advantage.
