Key Responsibilities :

• Develop a good understanding of product lines and identify opportunities for business growth and cross-selling
• To coordinate communications and processes across all functional teams, ensuring timely delivery of services
• To drive strategic communication with clients for effective and efficient delivery according to service level agreement. Monitor deliverables and manage expectations.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients and all other stakeholders
• Drive the integration of new clients and new launches of existing clients
• Facilitate presentations to existing and prospective clients
• Lead operational due diligence review, and prepare reports for BOD meetings
• Review of clients accounts and carry out periodic risk assessment, evaluation of performance, and presentation of clients’ scorecards
• Train and guide the team accordingly and constantly identify areas of improvements
