Requirements
- Possess SPM / O Level / SKM Level 1 / SKM Level 2 / SKM Level 3 or Equivalent
- At least 1 year experiences in Food and Beverage or Service Line.
- Can speak in English & Mandarin (in order to interact with Mandarin speaking members, take orders and serve food and beverage).
- Must be able to work 6 day shift work including weekends and public holidays.
- Able to work in Non-Halal workplace.
- Communication & Problem Solving skills required.
Responsibilities
Ensure tables, serving of food & beverage to guests in excellent levelEnsure daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets achieve.Ensure daily opening & closing smoothly.Ensure all the staffs are follow strictly the restaurant’s service guidelines and standards in the performance and delivery of all services required.Attend to customers’ requests and demands in a courteous, timely and accurate manner.Giving training to staff for demonstrate clear communication skills during interactions with all customers and parties.Benefits
