Requirements

Assistant Supervisor

  • Minimum SPM with retail manager experience OR Diploma / Degree in any field.
  • Required language(s) : Bahasa Melayu,
  • Mandarin and English.
  • Pleasant personality with a strong drive and excellent in communication skills.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the retail / F&B industry.
  • Good interpersonal & follow-up skills, adaptable and result-oriented.
  • Possess outgoing personality, positive and high energy level.
  • Applicants must be Malaysian citizens. 8. Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Customer Assistant

  • Minimum PMR / PT3 / SKM
  • Required language(s) : Bahasa Melayu,
  • Mandarin and English.
  • Pleasant personality with a strong drive and excellent in communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal & follow-up skills, adaptable and result-oriented.
  • Possess outgoing personality, positive and high energy level.
  • Applicants must be Malaysian citizens.
  • Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
  • Experience in health / retail pharmacy industry will be an added advantage.

    • Responsibilities

  • Achievement of sales target set.
  • Instill a high standard of friendly, professional customer service.
  • Work hand in hand with the Store Manager in the employment of high caliber sales staff and the maintenance of adequate staffing levels.
  • Implementation of an efficient in-store team work.
  • Efficient organization and operation of the shop.
  • Maintenance of sufficient stock level at all times.
  • Being a cashier and promote expertise in Watsons VIP Member Card
