Responsibilities
Meet or exceed sales goals by actively closing deals dailyAttend to customers, providing guidance and support throughout the sales processUnderstand client's needs and requirements, and recommend suitable solutions to address their challenges or goalsConduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our offeringsBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and supportPreparing statutory accounts.Main job is to take care boss's email to handle and distribute job to staff.Ensuring payments, amounts and records are correct.Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.Invoice processing and filing.Updating and maintaining procedural documentation.Prepare weekly / monthly payments for expenses, utilities, suppliers, etc.Prepare and monitor cash flow and bank reconciliation.Perform book keeping duties including data entries, updating and maintaining.Update and maintain accurate records of general ledger.Prepare daily / weekly / monthly report required by Superiors.Ensure proper upkeep of the invoicing of the business.Prepare / issue Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders and Invoice to suppliers / clients.Filling documents.Any duties assigned by the Superior / DirectorTo liaise with current account to request P&C doc.Follow instruction to upload necessary documents to portal.Benefits
