Business Development Executive (Mandarin Speaker)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, self-motivated, and have a passion for generating leads and sales in both domestic and international markets. The successful candidate will be given guidance and training to achieve the company’s target as a team player. Key Responsibilities : -Generate leads and sales for domestic and international markets. -Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media. -Manage and grow the existing customer portfolio to drive business growth. -Create engaging content related to products to generate interest from potential customers. -Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches or presentations that lead to sales closings. -Participate in sales and marketing activities such as roadshows, exhibitions, or new product launches. -Respond to customer inquiries and follow up closely to ensure customer satisfaction. -Prepare monthly sales and activities reports for management review. -⁠Assist in product development and related task. Requirements : -Good interpersonal skills with a proactive, self-starter attitude. -Mandarin speaking is mandatory for communication with China-based clients, fluency in English and BM is required; Other foreign languages are a plus -Responsible and able to work independently as well as part of a team. -Proficiency in digital marketing and graphic design is an added advantage. -Willingness to travel domestically up to 75% of the time. What to expect : -Travel and petrol allowance. -A base salary that reflects your skills and experience, with opportunities for negotiation based on your qualification and background. -With our commission structure, candidates are able to earn uncapped commissions based on sales performance. Qualification : Minimum Diploma / Degree in Communication in Marketing, Media, Public Relations or Nutrition and Food Science graduate or any related field can be considered
