Penerangan pekerjaanFind and obtain ocean freight rates from liners. Liaise with overseas agents to gather local rates and ensure the best pricing. Prepare and issue quotations for the sales team and customers. Make bookings for shipments via email and the company website. Maintain communication with agents and customers to provide regular shipment updates. Actively source and generate sales from overseas through email communication. Assign job sheets to the Customer Service (CS) Team for specific points of contact (PIC). Update ocean freight rates in company sheets on a monthly basis to ensure accuracy. Salary : RM2,500 – RM3,500 + Other Allowances + SOCSO, EPF & EIS Working Hours : 5 working days (Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 AM to 6 : 00 PM). Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
- Strong Communication and Organizational Skills.
- Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment and Meet Deadlines.
- Team-Oriented with a Strong Work Ethic.
