Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales coordination, business development, or a similar role within the trading industry.
  • Fluency in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English is essential to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders and expand market reach.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales management tools to track customer interactions, manage sales pipelines, and generate reports.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Ability to conduct market analysis and identify new business opportunities to drive sales growth and achieve company targets.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, particularly Mandarin-speaking clients, to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the company's market share within the Mandarin-speaking market segment.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive activities in the general and wholesale trading sector.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, such as marketing, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless order processing, timely delivery, and efficient resolution of customer inquiries or complaints.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management, providing insights into sales performance, market trends, and potential growth areas.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales transactions.
  • Translate and interpret documents, presentations, and communications between Mandarin-speaking clients and internal teams to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
