Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales coordination, business development, or a similar role within the trading industry.
- Fluency in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English is essential to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders and expand market reach.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales management tools to track customer interactions, manage sales pipelines, and generate reports.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Ability to conduct market analysis and identify new business opportunities to drive sales growth and achieve company targets.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, particularly Mandarin-speaking clients, to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the company's market share within the Mandarin-speaking market segment.Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive activities in the general and wholesale trading sector.Coordinate with internal departments, such as marketing, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless order processing, timely delivery, and efficient resolution of customer inquiries or complaints.Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management, providing insights into sales performance, market trends, and potential growth areas.Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales transactions.Translate and interpret documents, presentations, and communications between Mandarin-speaking clients and internal teams to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.Benefits
