Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Accounting or equivalent
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Able to converse in English
Experience in implementation & technical support of accounting or inventory software
Accounting knowledge will be an advantage
Experience in hardware support will be preferred
Strong Communication, Interpersonal and Customer Relationship building skills
Motivated in Problem Solving
Able to work as a team and independently

Responsibilities

Implementation of accounting and inventory solutions

Provide technical support and training to end users

Analyze user requirements and propose software enhancement and bugfix

Preparation of technical specifications; including flowchart for programming team

Design, develop test scenarios and test case to deploy application
