We're looking for a Content Moderator (Account Safety Specialist) to join our back-office operations, focusing on user appeals related to social media account restrictions. In this role, you'll conduct account verification and make critical decisions based on platform guidelines. You'll also collaborate with internal and external teams to improve workflows and ensure efficient appeal handling. Requirements : -Must be able to speak, read and type in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) languages. -At least 6 months of experience in any social media account or any social media platfrom's content review; -Familiarity with social media platfrom, for example : WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger or WeChat; knowledge of online fraud techniques is a strong advantage; -Detail-oriented, patient, and able to handle high-volume, fast-paced, and repetitive tasks under pressure; -Require to work in rotational shifts (9am to 6pm ; 1pm to 10pm) or on public holidays.
