Requirements

  • Possess at least a Diploma / Advanced / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Advertising, Mass Communications, Marketing, Business Management, PR, or equivalent.
  • Required languages : English & Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin fluency is a strong advantage.
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in marketing, PR, or communications, with proven team management or project leadership experience.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team, manage multiple projects, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic mindset with a strong track record of delivering successful marketing and PR campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, development, and implementation of holistic marketing and PR strategies to drive brand growth and market presence.
  • Manage and mentor a team of executives, providing guidance, feedback, and support for professional development.
  • Oversee campaign execution, budget allocation, and performance analysis to ensure objectives and KPIs are consistently met.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key media, KOLs, and external partners, serving as the primary spokesperson when needed.
  • Develop high-impact content for media releases, speeches, crisis communications, and marketing materials.
  • Strategically manage the company’s presence across digital and traditional channels, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • Manage project timelines and client communications to ensure high-quality and efficient deliverables.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior management, contributing to overall business strategy and brand positioning.
