Job Description :
People Profilers is hiring on behalf of a global consulting firm for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors (HCM) Consultant, based in KL, Malaysia.
Responsibilities :
- Work together with customers to compile and evaluate business needs pertaining to talent management and human resources.
- Translate business requirements into SAP SuccessFactors solutions and provide recommendations for configuring and customizing the system.
- Oversee or assist with the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Performance & Goals, Employee Central, Recruiting, Learning, and others.
- Ensure that the system is integrated with other pertinent modules and outside programs.
- Develop and implement unique SAP SuccessFactors solutions to meet certain company needs.
- Work together with technical teams and developers to create and implement extensions, integrations, and advancements.
- Use a thorough understanding of the features offered by SuccessFactors and follow HR best practices.
Requirements :
A bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or a similar discipline.A minimum of two years of work experience in SAP SuccessFactors (HCM) as a consultant, five years as a senior consultant, or eight years as a manager.Track record of successfully implementing and configuring SAP SuccessFactors.Thorough familiarity with all SAP SuccessFactors modules, such as Learning, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, and Employee Central.Excellent reasoning and problem-solving abilities.Proficient verbal and written English communication skills are necessary.SAP SuccessFactors certification is a plus.Please send your updated CV to tu.hoang@peopleprofilers.com if the role is relevant to your experience.
