• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Communications, Public Relations or a related field -Minimum 3 years experience in in a similar role, either in-house or agency -Proven track record in developing and executing strategies that drive engagement and growth -Strong familiarity with the social media platform (eg : FB, IG, TT, X, YT, Telegram, LinkedIn) and community management platforms (eg : Discord, Forum, FB Group etc.) -Experience using social media management tools (eg : Sprinklr) for scheduling, monitoring and analytics -Tracking and analyzing social and community growth, engagement and sentiment -Basic experience with content creation tools (graphic design software like Adobe Photoshop, Video Editing Software etc.) -Solid experience working with external parties; influencers, content creators, forum / community admin etc -Excellent written / verbal communication in English and Malay
