Job Target :

  • To provide support in OE Operation task and others project activity within a functional level.

Job Descriptions :

  • Konica Minolta believe that human resources is one of key and essential asset for the company growth and competitiveness in the market.

  • OE to be a contributor for the above key function within diversity of the workforce at Konica Minolta / Malaysia.
  • To support HOD's operational excellence by execute each activity and work to proceed operational excellence mission on superior's direction and instruction.
  • More frequent communication with all employees with or without platform and better understanding about employee "real" voice and feedback to superior.
  • Understanding about company's policy and direction and delivering it to all employees.
  • Lead social committees team activities and needs in organization and main event in organization such as Annual Dinner, special award and other main activities for the benefit of employees.
  • Review and maintain budget expenses report with Operational Excellence team in monthly basis to ensure division is using budget approved as per plan and schedule.
  • Cooperate and collaborate with SGL of all departments to executive main mission of BMMY to ensure all employees unite and respect each other.

    • Job Requirements :

  • Qualification : Degree in Engineering, Business, MBA, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Education, Technical, Science, Management, Finance or Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia
  • Preferable at least 3 years of relevant working experience in a similar position within a multi-national company.
  • Must be solution oriented with the flexibility to work in a dynamic environment, experience in managing teams and resources and ability to tailor communication with all levels.
  • Language : Be effectively bilingual in English and Malay with superior communication and customer service skills.
