Requirements : Requirements :

  • 1 year experience in customer service
  • Proven experience in the cleaning industry (It’s a MUST)
  • Experienced in coordinating cleaners and managing bookings, handling emails and phone calls, giving cleaning estimations, communicating with clients
  • Must be able to speak fluently in English
  • Must be able to work night shift
  • Highly organized and detailed-oriented
  • Experience as cleaner is added advantage
  • Strong communication skills with a client-focused approach
  • Ability to handle urgent tasks efficiently and adapt to dynamic workflows
  • Independent and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Previous experience in the cleaning or related industry is a plus.
  • Experience in managing social media content and utilise Canva for editing will be an advantage

Notes :

The client will give 1 week trial for the selected candidate, before offering the job.

Remuneration packages :

Salary : RM3,000 per month  (statutory contributions are not applicable)

Working Days : Monday to Friday (5-day work week)

Working Hours : 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 00 PM (Vancouver PST) / 11 : 00 PM to 7 : 00 AM (MYT)

Our client is a dynamic start-up specializing in residential and commercial cleaning services. They pride themselves on offering tailored solutions, whether it's a regular cleaning, deep cleaning, or assistance with moving.

Position : Scheduler

Location : Fully Remote

Responsibilities :

  • Manage and adjust cleaner schedules using Launch27 and WhatsApp
  • Communicate with clients to confirm appointments, address inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service
  • Answer calls via JustCall
  • Prepare and send quote estimates using the L27 system
  • Follow up with clients on pending quotes or revisions
  • Coordinate any changes or adjustments to the schedule in real time
  • Communicate job details, updates, and changes to cleaners through WhatsApp
  • Liaise with clients regarding job timing, availability, and special requirements
  • Maintain accurate records of schedules, client preferences, and cleaner assignments
  • Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor
