Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least Diploma.
- Fluent in Mandarin Mandarin and English (written and spoken).
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- 2–5 years of experience in a PA, Executive Assistant, Marketing Coordinator, digital or similar role.
- Strong understanding of Mandarin social media platforms , particularly TikTok (Douyin), and digital content trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with cultural sensitivity.
- Possess a valid driving license and own transport
- Positive attitude and willing to grow with the company
- Computer literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, PPT, Word, Google sheet.
- Basic knowledge of photo shooting, design (canva), editing (jianying) is a plus.
Responsibilities
Serve as the key liaison between the director and management team and advisors.Handle administrative tasks such as emails, phone calls, and reports.Providing efficient and proactive administrative supportAssist the director and team members in daily operations.Arrange travel bookings, appointments, and eventsOrganize Google Drive, SOPs, and office templatesMaintain and organize project files, filing systems, document, records, report to ensure easy access and retrieval of important information.Provide support on all HR, Account, and Admin matters.Handle social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, XHS, Canva) and implement marketing strategiesProvide operational support and attend on event preparation, product launches, and campaigns.Assist with marketing efforts, including promotions and content creation.Benefits
