Requirements

  • Diploma or higher; Bachelor's in Education, TESOL, Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related fields is preferred.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and proficient in English (both spoken and written).
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
  • Prior experience in online education, customer service, or children's education is a plus.
  • Able to start immediately.

Job Scope :

  • Connect with Parents : Regularly communicate students' learning progress and goals with parents. Share updates, address concerns, and discuss learning strategies.
  • Guide Students : Develop and adjust personalized learning plans. Support students with academic challenges and keep them motivated.
  • Track Progress : Monitor student performance, give constructive feedback, and provide improvement suggestions.
  • Collaborate Across Teams : Work with internal departments to ensure students stay on track, reduce refund rates, and help boost renewals and referrals.
