Were looking for a Sales-Driven, Detail-Oriented Export Platform Sales Specialist to help suppliers succeed on international e-commerce platforms. This role combines account management, B2B sales, and export coordinationperfect for someone passionate about digital trade and cross-border commerce.
What Youll Do
1. Manage Supplier Accounts
Guide suppliers in managing their cross-border e-commerce accounts
Ensure product listings are optimized and store profiles look professional
Monitor performance and recommend improvements
2. Handle Sales Inquiries & Close Deals
Respond to buyer inquiries and qualify international leads
Understand buyer needs and recommend suitable products
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and shipping arrangements
Follow up to ensure deals are finalized and payments secured
3. Coordinate Export Sales & Orders
Collaborate with suppliers to process and fulfill orders
Support shipping coordination and export documentation
Ensure clear communication between suppliers and buyers
4. Support Clients & Build Relationships
Advise suppliers on best practices to boost online sales
Provide performance updates and growth suggestions
Foster long-term partnerships with suppliers and buyers
What Were Looking For
Strong passion for sales with a results-oriented mindset
Excellent communication skills with international clients
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Experience in B2B sales, export, or e-commerce is a plus
Proficiency in English and basic Mandarin / Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin preferred for client communication)
