WHAT WILL YOUDO?

OrderManagement

  • Coordinateand correspond to customer / sales on the sales orderstatus.
  • Coordinate with internal department toensure smooth deliveries (Consumables) and resolve arising issuesin a timely manner.
  • Ensure daily internal andexternal customer’s enquiries are attended to e.g. stock status,order status and delivery status
  • Generatecredit note (sales and rental exchange / cancelled, goods returned,trade-in machine, rollover amount)
  • Generatereturn order (Trade-in, Demo, Loanmachine
  • Maintain customer deliveryaddress in current system (SAP) Maintain records andcoordinate with internal department on configuration and deliverydetails
  • Monitor and follow up on pending ordersand backlog status
  • Liaise with Warehouse, QCand Service Departments for delivery andcollection
  • Liaise with relevant internalparties to manage and resolve all issues related to orderfulfilment
  • Process sales orders in full cyclefrom order entry, drop outbound to invoice in timelymanner
  • Raise Customer Request Form for newcustomer, new payment term, change of address, etc in order tomaintain correct data in current system(SAP)

Administration

  • Attendto enquiries on stock allocation status
  • Ensurecompleteness and accuracy on each document created and properfiling in accordance with the company’sguideline
